Refund Policy
Customers of evolutionofsmooth may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving an order. Contact us before sending anything back so we can issue instructions and a prepaid return label.
Return shipping and fees
We pay return shipping for ordinary returns as well as damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items. We provide a prepaid return label and do not charge a restocking fee. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
Problems with an order
Tell us about damage, defects, wrong items, or missing contents. We will arrange a refund, replacement shipment, or exchange as appropriate. Any ordinary-return exclusions do not remove your rights when an item is faulty or not as described.
Cancellations and exceptions
An order can be canceled before it ships. After dispatch, use the return process. Ordinary returns may exclude gift cards, personalized items, clearly marked Final Sale items, and opened hygiene-sensitive products, where permitted by law; these exclusions do not apply to qualifying quality problems.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect the return, we issue an approved refund to the original payment method. Once issued, it usually takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider. We will explain any refusal.
